If you drill down into the reviewer comments on that page, you realize that 77 isn't a measure of happiness.

What the reviewers are doing is reviewing a beer in a brown bottle poured into a glass.  That is an average beer.  But looking at the comments?  Are they pleased?

Was New Coke a terrible tasting cola?   If it came with a blue label and was called "Shark Cola" maybe it was an average cola.  But replacing a hundred year old recipe with something else makes it taste like shit!
